Terms & Conditions

1. You are aware of our lead times.
2. Our products are intended for off-road use only.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.
4. Our products are designed & made for USDM base chassis only. Application for any other chassis is up to user's discretion.
5. We do not guarantee subcontracted work (powdercoating or zinc plating).
6. Images on our website may be generic due to the amount of variations that we offer for each product/chassis. Not all options are available for every chassis.
7. By using the hashtags #nicetimeracing #nicetime_racing, we may be able to use your media for advertising purposes.
8. All welding work is final. There are no returns or exchanges

Return Policies

• Any return/exchange must be within 15 days of receiving the item. Item must be brand new and unmounted for return/exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
• Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it is in brand new condition and is complete with all original accessories. Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will issue your store credit.
• We can not accept any returns or exchanges on any product(s) that has been modified.
• We do not offer partial refunds on product(s) that have been "partially" used.
• We do not accept returns on "discontinued" and clearance items
• We do not accept returns on custom or fabricated parts.

Shipping Policy

• Not all items are in stock. Some items such as custom manifold and other parts have production times. Those time may vary depending on the item
• All items that are in stock ship within 5 to 7 business days. Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped in the order that they are received in the que as long as items are in stock.
