We now offer our own complete intercooler to go with our Zeta Turbo Kits, or to be used for a Universal application. We use a 12''x24''x3'' Garrett core, with custom bent aluminum end tanks for optimum flow. The inlet/outlet size is 3'', and comes standard with a rolled lip. Our kit comes with everything you need to bolt on to an S-chassis. Some chassis modifications are necessary. This intercooler core is flow rated to support 900 horsepower. If you need a bigger core, we can make that happen.
Our HD Clamp upgrade consist of the entire clamp assembly for each side. If you're going to run a 2.5" hotpipe, we recommend you run the 2.5" inlet version.
